Regarding Halfday and Exam Timing
Dear Parents,
This is to inform you that on 16/09/2026 (Wednesday), there will be an early dispersal for all students at 11:00 AM.
Please note that the last reporting time for tomorrow is 07:45 AM, and the school gate will be closed at 07:55 AM.
MID TERM EXAM TIMING
From 17/09/2026 (Thursday), the examinations for all students from Nursery to Class 8 will commence.
Please note that the last reporting time for the examination is 08:00 AM, and the dispersal time will be 11:00 AM.
Please note that the examinations will begin on time without any delay. Students arriving late will be solely responsible for their delay. No excuse for late arrival during the examination will be entertained.
Note: The office will open at 07:45 AM.
Advise: All students are advised to reach the school by 07:55 AM on examination days to avoid any inconvenience.

Subject: Submission of Documents for Delhi Ladli Scheme
Dear Parents,
This is to inform you that the application process for the Delhi Ladli Scheme has commenced for girl students studying in Classes I and VI.
Parents are requested to visit the designated Cafe/Common Service Centre (CSC) along with photocopies of the following documents to complete the application process:
- Proof of three years' residence in Delhi (any one): Ration Card, Voter ID, Electricity Bill, Water Bill, or Telephone Bill.
- Birth Certificate of the girl child issued in Delhi.
- A joint photograph of the girl child with both parents.
- Income Certificate of the parents or a self-attested Income Declaration (Original), showing an annual family income not exceeding ₹1,20,000.
- One passport-size photograph of the girl child.
- Aadhaar Cards of the girl child and both parents.
- Photocopy of the parents' bank passbook along with the bank statement for one year (April 2025 to April 2026).
Parents are requested to submit the required documents at the earliest to avoid any delay in the application process.

It has been observed that a few students are deliberately reporting to school after the prescribed reporting time on a regular basis. Despite repeated reminders, these students continue to arrive late, which disrupts the morning assembly and academic activities.
The parents of such students are hereby informed that their wards are being marked Absent for repeated late arrival as per the school attendance policy.
You are requested to ensure that your ward reaches the school within the prescribed reporting time every day.
Please note that with immediate effect, students who continue to report late repeatedly shall also be liable to a fine as per the School Rules and Regulations.
Your cooperation is essential in maintaining discipline and punctuality in the school.

Subject: Delivery of Lunch Boxes During School Hours
Dear Parents,
Parents are requested not to bring or deliver lunch boxes or any other personal belongings to students during school hours. Kindly ensure that your ward carries all essential items while coming to school in the morning itself.
This policy has been implemented to ensure student safety, campus security, and the smooth functioning of the school, as the school cannot verify the source or contents of items delivered during school hours.
This policy has been framed in accordance with the administrative responsibilities of the school under the DSEA & R.
Exceptions may be considered only in genuine emergencies with prior approval from the school administration.
Lunch boxes brought to the school during school hours will not be accepted. Therefore, you are requested to ensure that your child brings their lunch box and all other essential belongings while coming to school in the morning.

Subject: Strict Compliance with School Arrival Timings
All students and parents are hereby informed that, with effect from tomorrow, any student arriving late to school will be marked absent. All the teachers have been instructed the same.
The school timings are as follows:
School Arrival Time: 7:25 AM to 7:45 AM
Morning Assembly Commences: 7:40 AM
Students are expected to reach the school within the prescribed arrival time. The school has already provided an additional 05-minute grace period to accommodate unforeseen delays. Therefore, all students are advised to be punctual and report to school on time every day.
Furthermore, students of Classes VII and VIII who arrive late more than three times in a month will be liable to pay a late-coming fine, as per the school rules.
Parents are requested to ensure that their wards leave home on time and strictly adhere to the school schedule.
*Latecomers shall be permitted (unfavorable days) entry only when the weather conditions are unfavorable.

Subject: CONCLUSION OF SUMMER VACATION
All students and parents are hereby informed that the summer vacation will conclude on 30/06/2026, and the school will reopen on 01/07/2026 (Wednesday) as per the regular school timings (07:45 AM onwards).
All students from Nursery to Class VIII are instructed to submit their Holiday Homework to their respective class teachers on 27/06/2026 (Saturday) between 09:00 AM and 12:00 Noon.
Furthermore, from 27/06/2026 to 30/06/2026, the school office shall remain open from 08:30 AM to 12:30 Noon.
